| A: | You can try to make minor adjustments by softening the bridge with electric warmer then self mold to fit the bridge of frame and cool down forthright with cool tap water to hold new shape. If this is not possible, you can use Airclip-II Clip-On. |
| Q: | What should I do if bridge is too short to assembly the lens? |
| A: | You can extend the lens to make a fringe to retrofit the frame bridge. |
| Q: | How hard or tight should I continue to turn for the extrusion Tool to work? |
| A: | When you start to feel tension continue to turn the knob approx. 1-1/2 turns. |
| Q: | What can I do if the bridge does not fit in holes drilled? |
| A: | Use a file to make the holes slightly larger for proper fitting. |
| Q: | How could I improve the clamping of the vertical fit bridge for frame? |
| A: | To enhance engineered clamping action between the completed clip-on and frame by softening the back plate of bridge with Electric Warmer and then bend it inward about 30 degrees and cool down forthright with cold tap water. |
| Q: | Could I use my own tool other than the mini driller provided to fasten the bridge to lenses? |
| A: | Yes, you can use the optical pliers with soft pad to fasten the bridge to lenses. |
| Q: | How many lenses will you provide me with? And what color? |
| A: | We will provide you with 31 pairs of polarized lens with grey or brown color. We also accept order for Mirror Coating Polarized Lens with Silver, Blue, and Yellow colors. |
| Q: | How does it work for semi DIY program? |
| A: | We accept custom-made order for edging lenses according to your provided outline shape of the frame; follow the instruction to fill out the Form required and then email or fax your order to us. We will complete your order and send the edged lenses either by mail and courier.
